Highly recommend! Loyalty was able to get me in the same day. It was kind of an emergency since I was moving out today! The technician, Cody was extremely nice and understanding of my situation. Since I was moving I wanted to make sure the dryer and dryer vent were clean and it was in great working order for the new owners. Little did I know the dryer was packed with lint! I thought i might need a new hose too because sometimes they get cracks in them. He said it was fine and didn't try to sell me a new one when I didn't need it. Great customer service!

Excellent service! I called Cody to check on availability, and he was able to fit me in the same day. He and his helper arrived within a few hours, were professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend Loyalty Dryer Vent Services!

Cody came and cleaned our ridiculously clogged dryer vent. Never once scolded us for letting it build up so bad but stressed the importance of keeping it clean. We’re a customer for life.
Very professional and cleaned up afterwards.
100% recommendation!!!

Cody came out to clean our dryer vents which required our stacked washer dryer to be moved and all of the vent work cleaned which runs through the attic. He did an excellent and speedy job, and was clean and professional. He was able to help reposition our washer and dryer units for a better fit in the space! Cody went above and beyond and made this an easy and great experience. I will continue to use him for my future dryer event needs!
